You can download the application for booth space, below, and fax the completed forms to our office at 604-535-1463, or e-mail them to bray@sportshows.ca.

Once your application has been processed, you will have log in access to the Exhibitor section of the site.  Updated supplier forms will be available in September by logging on to the Exhibitor Login. The 2012 Exhibitor Kit will be available in October.

You will receive your username and password once your booth space application has been confirmed; if you are a previous exhibitor these will be the same as last year; please contact Caroline Bray if you have any questions.

IF YOU ARE A DEALER SHOWING MOTORCYCLES YOU MUST PAY AN OFF-SITE LICENSE FEE TO THE VEHICLE SALES AUTHORITY. PLEASE REQUEST FEE INFORMATION AND PERMIT FORMS FROM THE VANCOUVER OFFICE ASAP TO SAVE 30% ON THE FEE!!!

Also, please note, any exhibitor retailing products from out of Province must have a BC Sales Tax Number and must remit sales tax. The sales tax people get the exhibitor list in advance and will be attending the show to ensure that sales taxes are remitted. If you need further information go to www.rev.gov.bc.ca/ctb

If you are bringing goods in from out of the Country – foreign exhibitors may import their display good temporarily under the provisions of tariff item 9993.00.00.00 as long as the goods will be exported at the end of the event. A temporary admission permit, form E29B wil be required at the port of entry.
